CHRISTMAS SPECIAL COMEDY NIGHT IN ASHBY–DE–LA-ZOUCH
Funhouse Comedy brings a Christmas Special night of laughter to the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Monday December 18th.
Topping the bill is Raymond and Mr Timpkins Revue, one of the absolute funniest and most unique acts you will ever see in a comedy club. Countless crazy props set to a musical backing track will have you crying with laughter. Britain's Got Talent have been begging them to go on the show every year since it started, but they keep declining!
Opening the night will be the effervescent and pleasantly overpowering Annette Fagon. With her unusual observational comedy and hilarious mix of subjects, ranging from her own mental wellbeing to controlling her anger, she fascinates the crowd.
Completing the line-up is writer for Mock the Week, the strangely charming Welsh man Morgan Rees with his densely packed arsenal of impressive one-liners and hilarious short stories.
Compere for the night will be the affable and animated Spiky Mike.
Comedy Curry:
Our home made curries are always very popular and also give you the night off from doing the dishes!
- Traditionally delicious chicken tikka masala served with fluffy basmati rice and naan bread
- Delicious veggie curry served with fluffy basmati rice and naan bread
- Desserts and ice cream available
Curries are only 7.50 & the desserts are just 4.50.
Tickets are £16 in advance
