Warm sea salted pretzel served with a runny cheesy mustard dipping sauce

Bitterballen- deep fried beef roux mix rolled in breadcrumbs and served alongside a rich mustard mayo

Smoked trout new potato and beetroot salad

Mains:

Homemade chicken schnitzel served on top of a new potato salad and braised red cabbage

Bratwurst pork sausage served with delicious caramelised onions all on top of a potato rosti crisp

Grilled asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce served with a crisp potato pancake

Black forrest cake served with kirsch cherries
